I, LaReisha Crankson, was talked into getting from a sales guy. He informed me that I had 30 days to cancel and that I had a 3 day trial before getting billed.

If I canceled then he will come pick up the equipment. Well I had a previous contract with cox. He informed me that they will pay it off and he will have it ready before the trial is up. Well I texted him and called and he had told me that 4th day he was coming out and he need some information to have Vivint pay me contract off with Cox.

Well I sent him everything he asked for and never heard anything back from him. Finally called Vivint last week to get some answers.

Called today to cancel and they told me that I can't and will have to pay $1100 for the equipment. That is not right and i an totally not happy with Vivint.
