My contract was up last year and I was selling my home. I was told to send in my equipment but was never informed of an email that needed to be sent to formally cancel my account.

They continued to take the monthly payment out of my checking account without any type of email or account statement.

They are now telling me tough luck and will not refund any money or credit my account. I'd stay far away from these *** It's comical that they would rather make a customer angry and let them walk away rather than making it right and continue to provide a service to them.

Product or Service Mentioned: Vivint Account.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $462.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
