My husband Richard and I pay for two home security systems, one at our house and another at my daughters. My daughters house was burglarized, the alarm system didn't work correctly, it just gave a beeping sound.
Vivint said for the mistake we only had to pay $35.00 for each system.
Vivint then called my daughter and put in a new system which we now pay $58.99, the new system is $9.00 more a month, $9.00 should be added to the $35.00 not $50.00. Vivint doesn't know how to add, if I didn't have a contract, I would find another security system.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of home security system. Vivint needs to issue a partial refund according to poster's claims.
