Customer support is very inexperienced and lacks the knowledge to resolve any problems presented...Vivint products require lots of attention and are extremely faulty. After multiple equipment failures and replacement and spending hours on hold, Vivint is indifferent and to do anything outside the norm to fix ongoing problems.

From what I experienced I would not recommend Vivint to anyone.

You will spend most of your time waiting on hold for Customer Service to maintain the system on a daily basis. The average wait time is over 30 minutes and with persistent and faulty equipment failures, you will end up spending most of your time on hold to maintain a system that should run with a very minimal amount of maintenance.
