The noted services I've mention above / Internet-Billing-Tech support has been a horrible experience. Non professional behavior when speaking to representatives, inappropriate laughing and giggling on the phone, poor professional decorum in the representation of your company and its practices.
The camera seldom worked and when attempts were made to obtain technical support you were placed on hold for very long periods of time after being transferred several times.
I'm no longer interested in Viivint Alarm System Services and I do expect a refund of $400 for the disrespect, the misrepresentations of professionalism and the on lack of good billing practices. I further expect to be opt out of an agreement that is moot because of the lack of good moral and integrity practices.
Please consider going forward with the hiring of well courtesy trained representatives who's professionalism, knowledge, and care will shine through as they represent the Vivint Alarm Company.
