Vivint installed a Security System in my home.While the technician was drilling in the wall, he struck a group of electrical wiring.

Needless to say, this is still causing problems in my home. After being paid a small amount for damages, it is still a problem.

I was recently contacted by a collection agency to pay my contract and currently making payments. I will seek assistance in this matter.

Meantime, I'm letting everyone know what happened including copies of the Vivint paperwork regarding the damage caused by them.In the event my family and I burn in our home, State Fire inspectors can point to this "incident".

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: End contract/refund for payments made.

I didn't like: Dismissive nature.
