Vivint tells you one thing and does another. I called vivint to change the date my automatic bill payment comes out of my account.

I was told it would be the 28th of each month and nothing more. Well I was told today that it's the 25th and they can't process after that date of the month. Oh and the forgot to tell me that I had an additional amount to pay because if this. I was never told this when I called in or I would have left the date.

After all this all I get us we are sorry :-(. Craziest customer service I've ever dealt with.

We will be cancelling our system as soon as our contract ends. You suck vivint!
