I tried Vivit back in May 2016. I had to relocate for a job.
I told him I wanted to leave the equipment there because my possible renters would take over the contract. They came and got the equipment anyway and charge me $99. In the process they ripped off my doorbell. I called them once I had relocated and asked them to repair it to see if there was anything I could do to get out of the contract course they told me no.
I recently talked to my renter and he stated the doorbell still wasn't fixed with exposed wiring.
I've talked with customer service several times and ask them how was the fair but you have the equipment that supposedly paid for and you tore up my doorbell and you won't let me out of the contract the best they will do is give me a $25 credit I found it insulting and they put all the onus on the customer. I guess that's all multibillion dollar company works with America screw the customer as long as profits come first
