Been trying to cancel service this week ,2 phone calls and in writing emal . Still will not cancel . Keep harrasing me to keep service . Have had service for years . Not needed anymore . Very pushy . Even tried thru live chat ,they sent me link to cancel followed procedure . Still wont terminate

Was misled. I do not want yo pay 49.00 dollars to repair panel that is frozen. I was told at time of purchase. There would be no charge for servicing. Not able to trouble shoot from home. Very rude and uncooperative customer service.

Their customer service sucks big time quoting policy like a script and not taking individual care of their valued customers. Never establish automatic payments with them because they will steal your money without providing you quality service. And when questioned about such actions they will provide vague and unyielding explanations

I tried Vivit back in May 2016.I had to relocate for a job. I told him I wanted to leave the equipment there because my possible renters would take over the contract. They came and got the equipment anyway and charge me $99. In the process they ripped off my doorbell....
