I HAD A SYSTEM NOT WORKING SO I CALLED. GOT THE RUN AROUND. I GOT TO TALK TO EVERY DEPARTMENT. THEY TOLD ME TWICE MY CONTRACT WAS UP AND THEN???? I WAS TOLD THEY GIVE ME THE WRONG INFORMATION AND I STILL OWE THEM MONEY. I HAD A PRODUCT THAT DID NOT WORK AND NO ONE HAD TIME FOR ME. SO I STARTED LOOKING AROUND. THEN I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT MATCH OTHER PRICES AND SORRY ABOUT THE PROBLEMS. WELL THEY TOLD ME TWICE I OWED NOTHING AND NOW THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY CHECKING AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME.

The sales man said three month trail it was only one. the tech incorrectly hooked up the system to my exstining comcast router and i am being charged for a router. another set of techs come to the house said i didn't have a router and i should cancel the service because my comcast is faster. When i call the office they won't let me cancel a two year contract without a $200.00 fee. The internet does not work and never has. My phones calls are put on hold. i spent 40 mins talking to four different people. Problem still not solved. All i can say is don"t let the sales people in your house.

Vivent came around my neighborhood and offered a great deal, boy was I misled. I scheduled the install for 10 days later when it fit in my schedule. The tech showed up late so I wasn't home. I called to reschedule and was offered 2 months free service due to the tech showing up after my scheduled appointment. The tech showed up, installed the service and I thought everything was ok. Nope it wasn't. Vivent immediately charged my account for 2 months service $120! So instead of getting 2 months free I got charged 2 months upfront. I called to straighten it out, was on the phone for 30+ minutes and was told no one in the office could credit me, no one knew how to do that and there was no one to ask. I called back in today and am now being told due to their system limitations they cant give me back my money for 5 days! Beware!!! They are quick to charge your credit card but certainly can't be quick to fix their mistakes!!! And don't try to call in to customer service. The hold times are long long long!!

Signed up for wireless on May 6, 2015. On May 27, 2015, lost Internet connectivity at home. Wife called customer service, did troubleshooting over the phone, she was told that the soonest a tech could come to my house was on June 3, 2015. One week with no service. Tech finally came out on June 3, 2015 as scheduled. Problem was fixed. June 16, 2015 Internet down again. Spoke with tech at 5 PM, said problem should be fixed in a couple of hours. So when 8 PM rolled around (3 hours after my call) and the Internet was still down, I called again and spoke to Adam. He told me that the techs who were working on the problem had gone home for the night and that they’d get right on it first thing in the morning. It's now 10:30 AM MDT on June 17, 2015 and still no service. Writing this at work. Vivint sucks

Had the same issue, no internet for two months. Finally thought it was going to be fixed, but worked only for a short time and now is having problems again. Get out while you can.
