It's clear that Vivint has no intention of fixing their deceptive ways. I have spoken to four representatives, all of which gave me varying answers to the very simple request to transfer the "SYSTEM PURCHASE AND SERVICES AGREEMENT-RETAIL INSTALLMENT CONTRACT" to the new home owner upon the sale of my home.

They are only allowing me to transfer the "Monitoring" while I must take a $1800 loss on the equipment.

There is NO WHERE in the entire agreement that indicates it is non-transferable. Nor were the Vivint reps able to point me to language that would support their statements that equipment isn't transferable.

I have contacted the arbitration company stated in the document as their is NO clear delineation between monitoring and system equipment in the agreement. Therefore the ability to transfer services would extend to the equipment as well.
