We're in the same boat. We signed up and installed on 6/22/16, quit working on 6/23/16.

We've been on the phone hours arguing with these people. A techs been out 4 times. Replaced the outside camera, still does not record properly. We've been trying to cancel since 6/24/16.

We're told no notes have been added to the account. It looks like we're going to court.

I was told numerous times that if they couldn't get the equipment to work, then I could cancel. Lie, lie, lie...They broke the contract first by not suppling the equipment and services that we signed up for.

The system is not all that the said the costumer service is not reliable and the promises thing that the came complete u have to call each month because the system not working. I don't recommend this system at all u will just throw ur mom away I regret getting this system. And to cancel the system there want to charge $2000

Vivint Internet Service Review

Vivint internet is very *** they promised me a certain speed and i have never gotten it. And to top it off i barely have internet service. They have sent three people out to my home and my internet speed is still slow. I should have never switched from my old provider.

Comments that I've been reading about Vivint are the same things that I have experienced. They are terrible. The system wasn't working properly and I had to have tech's coming to my home at least 6 times. Got it last year July and still some things wont work right. The tech wasnt even certified and told us he couldn't fix the problem and that somebody else will have to come in. They are to be ashamed of theirselves for not letting people cance the contract. 42 months and you have to pay it all!!!

Also they used to charge me 67 dollars wich now is 79 without any notice. We were told that we will save lots of money with this system, with the energy and insurance. We the insurance gave me 40 dollars off of the whole year. I am not saving anything. This is way to expansive, items dont work properly and I had a fals larm too!

I will never recommend them to anyone. I am trying to get out. Hopefully I will figure t out!!
