Absolutely correct. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

One hour long phone calls with no end result. System hasn't worked correct for the 6 months ive had it. The will not fix or take me out of contract. Horrible customer service.

Worst ever.

I would never do business with this company again. Over priced and horrible service.

I have moved 18 months ago and wanted service at new place they won't put new alarm in my contract had ended 6 months ago and still paying for a service that I don't even have called customer service and emailed to cancel but they still take money out of my bank account

We canceled our service and Vivint still tried to take money from my account. They said I didn’t cancel but ,I sent them back the confirmation email that they had sent me confirming that I had canceled service.They still tried to take money from my account, I finally had to put stop payment on the account.

I liked the service well I had it but wanted to go with a company from my own province. Trying to cancel service was one of the most ridiculously hard things ever, and for that reason I would not recommend Vivint to anyone!!!

Dealing with this company is a nighmare,cant find the words to describe how worst they are.Save yourselves. Agent told us,10 days trial .After 2 days, they already deducted the 1month bill,they said if you recommended it to your friends there is a free for 1month,my friends took it,but no free for us... Dont be a victim!

Had an awful experience too with a young kid dressed like a gang member ringing my doorbell at 930pm, posing as a Vivint salesman. I closed the door and called the police. If he was legit he needs to learn how to dress and proper tactics.

I had a similar issue, Salesman was pushy I stated I was not interested.... Still kept going on with his pitch and asking me questions.

I told him to get off my property and he still continued... I offered to remove him from my property and that is the only time he started to move. This company is way too aggressive!!

They need to loose their peddlers licence. I will be following up with a few phone calls tomorrow to complain.
