Vivint - Refusal to Terminate Service
I have had a contract with Vivint since Feb 2011. My original contract was for 42 months, and then for year to year service as stated in the contract.
I informed Vivint that I did not wish to continue service as I had a new provider. Vivint stated that I had verbally extended my contract for an additional 42 months. I do not remember extending any contract. In addition,my contract states "The entire and only agreement between us is written in this agreement.
It replaces any earlier oral or written understanding or agreement.
It may only be changed by a written agreement by you (and if married, your spouse) and us." Therefore, any oral change is null and void. I want my service with Vivint terminated.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: terminate service.
Vivint Pros: Service.
Vivint Cons: Until needed cancellation policy.
