On April 15,2019, I stayed on the phone with David Kennedy for almost two hours going back and forth about an increase in my bill. I sent Mr.
Kennedy a total of eight pictures of my contract that stated that my bill should be 39.99 a month. Each time I sent a picture he stated that it was not good enough. How can a company not keep a copy of a customers contract? Vivint sent me an invoice for 53.00 I renewed my contract .
In order to keep me they told me my bill would be 39.99. Now I must go send the contract by registered mail. Knowing Vivint poor track record, I'm sure they will find an excuse to not honor the contract. Also, I stayed on the phone with a tech.

I'm not getting any doorbell clips . When I finish paying for my equipment I'm done with Vivint.
