We signed up april 2018.they could not provide one of the selling points to us , after the holes in wall and set up was almost done ,then they they told us,and to returned to get it working a couple more times till a service person came back moved the system to center of house and ordered special new style equipment waiting 6 weeks.still only working here and there after we reset load and reload unistall amd reinstall app. Now all the warnings keep going off low battery covers loose someones at the door so on and so on.

We were told to deal with the people on chat or pay for a service person .if I want out I have to 1800. To pay for equipment and that I did not pay for a contract.still on going not sure what to do.

Product or Service Mentioned: Vivint Technical Support.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1800.

Preferred solution: Cancel without having to pay my way out.
