The rep that installed my system was very nice & knowledgeable. Was a local guy that lived close by.

However been calling & leaving messages for over 3 months & never got back to me. A sensor fell off & called the company - sent me a new sensor & I should call & have someone “talk me through it”.

It’s still sitting in the drawer - I didn’t call because they should have a rep to take care of this. It was expensive to install - that’s the only reason I didn’t call & get another company !
