I have had to call for issues with the doorbell camera weekly, at times daily and have had technicians out to times in past month or 2 and camera is again offline and has been for days. There is no proactive monitoring by Vivint even after months of issues so unless I take it upon myself to check every day - multiple times on the camera status it goes unaddressed.

Tried over and over to resolve and finally tired of the hours of my time taking off early to meet technicians, calling into and waiting through support and trouble-shooting, I decided enough was enough and asked to get out of my contract because they are not providing the services for which I am paying. Contacting bbb
