I sold a home with the Vivint alarm system. Vivint was to transfer my account to new homeowner.

The new homeowner agreed. They met with new owners and transfered control of the system to them and deleted it from me. All was agreed in writing and transfer took place but, I continue to get billed after transfer. They keep telling me it is in review while the new owners are using the system.

They said the representative that met with the owners forgot to get them to sign one particular signature. They said they had rescheduled to get the signature in place but have not done so.

I have talked to several people and the results are the same that nothing gets finalized. I continued to get billed after the transfer was made to the new owner.
