After sending in a letter of cancellation (which takes 30 days to process so they can get another payment out of you) I was sent an email that said to call this 855 number to finish my cancellation. After hanging up on one associate that was totally unprofressional, I called back and spoke to another who after telling him that I'd previously (days before) spoken to someone about "My" reasons for wanting to discontinue services, began badgering me to answer whether it was financial or dissatisfied with the service.

I told him I just don't want it anymore. He then got very hostile and I told him to talk to himself until he got to the part where my services would be cancelled.

They were beyond rude! Do Not do business with this company.

They use scare tactics and lies. They tell you you are binded to a verbal agreement, which for me was 7 yrs ago.

It is not binding and I have now gotten legal representation to help. Stay away
