So I started with Vivint a week and a half ago and the guys told me he'd be back in a couple days to see how it was going and that if we didn't like it they could come back and remove the equipment. So I waited and a week later I call vivint and they told me I only have 2 options, have someone else take it over or I'd have to pay the rest of my contract $4,300.... I need help we can't afford to pay the $78 on top of our other bills and we are stuck and customer service is clueless and not helpful at all.
