Have not used system or lived in house where system was installed for over 3 months. Called many times to get my system stopped because I did not use it at all .Many times receiving false alarms I just disregarded the alarm but never received any calls from the company.

My contract expired in Oct.. I was assured that I would not receive any charges in Nov.but I did. I called company and reminded them that the last 2 that I talked to promised me that I would not have any more charges in Nov..The acct.mgr.

asked me if I had sent in an email to stop my service and I told him that I had not because I was not told to.He told me that I was told 2 times.I am 81 years and if I was told I would have remembered. I did recall that all calls might be recorded .

Product or Service Mentioned: Vivint Security System.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: High pressure sales when canceling.
