at first it was good then it started going off line and this happened 6 times they already sent out two repair man and i still only have 1 camera working no doorbell . the last repair man stated to me that it will happen again now what good is it if it keeps going down both my husband and i are disabled I asked them why don't they just cancel the contract instead of wasting money by sending out repair men that costs more then my payment they said they would but i would have to pay the remaining bal I only bought it about 3 or 4 months ago at 75 dollars a month so that means they want me to give them over 36 hundred to pay it of i am not to blame for it going down i can'nt believe that they are that greedy beware of thier nicess it is fake to me i am paying for something that does not work annd still not working now tell me is that fair the repair men are very polit maybe they could take lessons from them sincerely marilyn johnston

Preferred solution: all I ask is that they cancel contract and leave me alone.
