I purchased a security system June 23, 2017. The sales rep Jake Owen covering the Lafayette, La area is who I dealt with.
During his sales pitch that day, he assured me that it was the LAST day of a special that the company was running, and that the total cost of the security service with equipment included was going to cost me 49.99/mo, in which out of the 49.99, 10.00 included covered equipment fees. After he ran with my bank account info, I get and alert from a separate entity charging me an extra 37.00/mo. along with the 49.99 for vivint. I contacted him several times via text and spoke with him, he fed me *** and stated that he would get the 37.00/mo waived, the same thing that he did for my friends who referred me two weeks prior.
I have the texts with dates and times I spoke with Jake. I have yet to receive hard copies of the agreement as well.
