The vivint salesman ask us if we want to try their security system in our new house for free for ten days, he said it was a good security everything is online and wireless no drilling nor cabling inside the house. if they need to drill a hole they will fix it if we decided not to take it.
so my wife let them install their equipments and everything setup, after three days we found out that their base is not locally in our city so we don't have a technician in case we have an emergency, we decided not to take it and let them pull all their stuff from our house, when they are done taking off their stuff now we have a holes in our walls and ceiling, the man said he will patch it and then ill be the one who will finished it because they don't have a materials. i said it wasn't the agreement you said you will fix it. he said they have a damage hotline we can call and they will fix it for me. but until now i never ever heard from them.its like 4 months now..
so people who have vivint be careful and don't take them. they just want your money if you decided not to take them they will *** up.
