Will not issue my refund

I moved from my house and placed services on hold until my new house was completed. They continued to charged me for 3 months of service.

I have called 4 times and each associate promised I would be issued a refund. I still havent received the refund and its been 3 months. I requested to speak with a manager and they stated he was in a meeting and he would return my call. He has not returned any of my calls.

Poor customer service. Issues still not resolved.

Vivant is a fraudulent company. They should be shut down!

We moved from a property and were told no charge would be assessed for equipment. We moved to another state and they could NOT deliver on setting up security to our home. We have called several times emailed faxed and they still will not cancel the account. Please do not allow this company to continue with this fraudulent way.

They now are requesting fees for equipment we no longer have even though we were told otherwise. I would not recommend signing up for this company unless you plan to pay millions out of pocket for things you do not posses and if you are staying in your current home forever.

Customer service is not helpful at all and are not located in USA. They will not cancel the account even after hours on the phone

I Set up an appointment for a new service with vivint. On the day the technician came he went over the service order with me and I agreed that the order was correct.

He had me do a hard pull on my credit which dropped my score 60 points, only to not be able to finish my job on that day because of lack of equipment. I questioned the technician on why I was not advised of this initially as I could have rescheduled my appointment. At least be considerate of my time and my choice. He came in my home and between reviewing my service order and running my credit it took an hour and a half.

A absolute waste of time for not having all the materials to complete the job. The technician was deceptive basically a pathological liar and would not take accountability for being dishonest by not letting me know he didn't have everything to finish up that day. I put him out and called the company to speak with a manager 3 weeks later.. my credit was ran and I was approved for 4,000 dollars for equipment but after that happened with the technician I modified my order to have less equipment.

To this day I don't have a service contract to reflect the changes I made and have not spoken with a manager yet!!!.. Same reason I left my previous security service poor customer service... Then I realized that Vivint has a class action lawsuit for fraud. The same thing that was done to me...

imagine that. Stay away from this company...

called to get the corporate number to make a complaint all they have is an address to write complaints. So since I have to write, I'm gonna go on every platform and spread the word about how horrible they treat their customers!!!

I invested in a home security system ($3800) and it worked for less than one year. I have not had a working system for nearly another year. Customer service staff is unreasonable and not helpful at solving problems.
