Bring Awareness!!

Vivint is the absolute worst security system you could ever want to have. Please stay away from Vivint.

Customer service is a bunch of mindless idiots.

They also trap you into 5-year contracts and they will not let you cancel! Vivint home security is a terrible choice to make!

Doubling charges, no call backs threatening my credit, no call backs

ON AN UPGRADE DESPERATE FOR MONEY VIVINT THEY ARE THEIFS AND LIARS had to pay again did not want late charge which has since been applied waiting for mr. wilcox in vivind legal to return email or call regarding refund and double charges refund i paid. I was on auto pay never once a late fee but recently KNOCK KNOCK tech says upgrade we said how much he said $ but when we got the bill it was $$$$$ we called the tech he said mistake I will clear it up have the receipts BUYER BEWARE OF VIVINT

Customer service is a joke. The products are not worth the money.

There is no technical support. They have been taking money from me for a year and a half without the system working at all.

My dad passed and it's been a year; they will not cancel my subscription. This is a terrible company to deal with.

Terrible Customer Service. This company would not transfer the service back into my name after we rented our house out for 12 months without speaking to the tenant.

However, they were happy to use my credit card on file to deduct payments when the tenant did not pay for their service. The contract and equipment are in my name and I am paying for it, but their brain-dead customer service could only 'follow their process'.

This is extremely disappointing and it is not the first time I have had a poor customer service experience with Vivint. I will never recommend or buy from this company ever again.
