I have been trying to cancel my Vivent account for 9 months Now. I even have involved an attorney. They continue to call me claiming I owe money and they also allow me to have access to someone else cameras at a home I no longer own (this is named in the legal documents as well)

I've spoken to managers with all names document and even record the calls (I knew I intended on taking this to legal action)

For 9 months in a row, the total IQ level of all Vivent employees must equal a combined total of about 11.

I look forward to seeing how this plays out in the civil action against them but nonetheless, I'd never recommend using them. I've even dedication a new blog site targeting keywords just to get the word out.

Thank god for the internet and spreading the word.
