Vivint misleading sales rep

I signed up for Vivint Solar panels and was mislead by the sales rep who said I would only get billed for taxes on my electric bill from NV Energy however when the electric company came out to switch me over to Vivint solar she told me that was not true. She said that infact I would be getting a bill from both NV Energy and Vivint. When I tried contacting Vivint regarding this I did not get a call or email back. I am now receiving letters from them saying I am in default. I don't know how to resolve this.

Vivint does not accommodate hearing impaired

My mom is hearing impaired and cant hear the alarm and they are still trying to make her buy-out of the contract. Its like paying for car insurance and not having a car. Spent a while on the phone with them today on my moms behalf, and the sacond guy, Casey actually called me by my moms name at the end. They dont care to know who theyre even speaking to. They should figure out a way to add flashong lights to their system to help hearing impaired people feel secure too.

Vivint - Very Poor

I was promised a $300.00 discount due to lower finances and medical bills and more surgeries coming and the Salesman--Seth Webster told me Vivint would reach out to me and confirm this--WELL--I had to call them and they said only $150.00 discount but if I'm unhappy I was transferred to the 'Rescind' Department and--of course--I was still responsible for the bill for 5 yrs. etc. On hold forever and no one ever answered! Very unhappy--the 'support person' just did not listen and of course took his salesman side who backed out on what he told me!

Vivint in Fort Worth, Texas - No show by Technician

Had an appointment window between 10 and 12. I called Vivint Customer service when Technician didn't appear by 12:20. Representative said technician called me to get into our gated community and left when no answer. Problem is he DID NOT CALL and my iPhone missed call report shows he did not call. Tried to get customer service to tell the technician to turn around and come back, but she refused. Said I would have to reschedule. Tried to reschedule. She said she showed no available appointments in my area and I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK next week to try again. They offered a $15 credit for my trouble. Big deal.
