Had system installed last week... Camera will not work...my internet will not support the camara...
Vivint says too bad not our fault...not my fault either...I bought it I good faith that it would work..the camera is the only reason I got the system..first off the salesman wants to do it on line I said ok but he did not show me a copy of the contract first.
When he put in the call to have it vitrified I was asked if the salesman showed me a copy of the contract before I signed and I told them no...when he did send me a copy and I read that no matter what the salesman says the contract say different. They tell you whatever you want to here to get you to sign....now I am stuck with a system that doesn't work and I'm paying out nearly 3000 dollars
