My loss is far greater than $30..... would not allow me to adjust the amount.

I've had fighting for over a year now. I am still in a contract.

I have a doorbell camera, front door lock, backyard camera, garage opener, three Nest thermostats, fire alarm and glass breakage. Over the past couple of months my backyard camera stopped capturing the backyard area as it did when the camera was installed for about a year now. Currently it only captures a person if you are standing directly next to the back door. Keep in mind I paid to protect my storage unit and my back door.

I can clearly see the storage unit when viewing the camera however the camera does not detect images if you are at the storage unit. I contacted Vivint and was told that the only way to resolve this issue was for me to purchase a DVR to record images outside. they could not explain why the camera stopped working as it was purchased for over a year ago.

now they want me to spend more money. to correct their faulty equipment.
