This is the absolute worst excuse of an alarm/security co. I have ever been involved in.
Their equipment is junk, service and inexperienced, so called techs. are the worst. They constantly find someway to jack up the cost and want me to pay for service calls and equipment they installed. Never again.
When a problem occurs I have been told it would be approximately 2 weeks before someone can come out. The smart app will not turn the system off or on as its supposed to. The rep.
has told me that when they went from vivint to alarms.com there were many problems so that could be the reason for the issues. Another words its my problem, just pay more.
Product or Service Mentioned: Vivint Technical Support.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2000.
Preferred solution: cancel contract and ill take my losses.
