Had my system 6 yrs. No problems.

Had a few minor problems fixed But, if you go beyond that, your screwed. 3 days on the phone, 3 hours at a time, 11 days no glass break service, and they still want me to wait another week. REALLY.

2 supervisors with brains my dog has more of and im still no closer to fixing my problem. So dissppointed in a service i had for so long

Then offered to take a half day off work, schedule noon and after, just got an email, 10-12. AGAIN, MY GOG IS SMARTER.

They are not going to credit my bill for no service. I do not understand. If you supposedly know the company that pays you, you should earn your money.

Its not rocket science. If you dont know, find someone who does
