On 05-21-2021 I finalized my notice of cancellation as required by Vivint and returned email to same - Vivint sent a return receipt of my email to me indicating it was read of 06-19-2021. Vivint has kept taking money from my account until this month and sent an email to me on 11-23-2021 requesting another completion statement.
I followed up with a complete history of this account closure back to Vivint on 11/24/2021. To date Vivint has ignored the actions taking on 05-21-2021 and appears to be ignoring my request for a refund. I call the number you list for customer satisfaction and get someone in India that I can barely understand and who takes me through a lengthy check-list of questions - promises me some kind of resolution and nothing happens. I want to talk with a American representative who can resolve this issue.
I have all the emails and can provide them to someone who might need to read them. Get back to me soon....
