Called in today to see how many months left in my contract with vivint. The customer service rep advises me that the contract is for 42 months, not 24 months like i was told.
Anyone thinking of using vivint, do yourself a favor and run the other way. The camera quality is horrible as is the audio. The cameras are offline most of the time . Cancellation is not going to happen no matter what you submit.
I have filed a complaint with the bbb in utah . I guess we will see if any thing can be done about the way these guys are doing business.
